A deep stretching session combines slow moving stretches and static in balance and synchronized longer held poses. The exercises are designed to facilitate the alignment and synchronization of the body. At the same time you can make from your deep stretching sessions a genuine moving meditation practice. The only target is to get in tune with your energy flow. And from there to follow your inner guidance leading you to the present moment of stillness. Empty your mind while practicing, focus only on your breathing and the specific body parts you work on. Music can be a great tool to activate a meditative state. My work as a Yoga Instructor, is to design the appropriate movement postures that will bring the targeted bodymind alignment students and practitioners are looking for. Together we detect and explore the main sources of the body and mind disalignment, the hidden tensions and blockages, followed by the appropriate stretches to release all tension.
