Because of Rythian's earlier post of a Blackrock D&D AU, I decided to have a go and come up with some ideas based on my own perceptions of the characters.

I'm going with Pathfinder/3.5 classes and races (it's what I'm most familiar with), so, here goes...

Rythian - Lawful Neutral Human Sorcerer (Shadow Bloodline)/Alchemist. Basically, an amalgamation of his personas from Rising and Rebirth. Shadow bloodline sorcerers get a lot of spells relating to darkness, as well as limited teleportation powers. As for being an Alchemist, EE2 was pretty much centered around alchemy and its principles, plus Rythian has a lot of potions in Rebirth, so that sort of played into things too.

Teep - Chaotic Good Kobold Ranger/Gunslinger. Pretty obvious this one. Teep's a dinosaur, Kobolds are lizard people. I went for the Ranger/Gunslinger combination because of his skill as a sniper and hunter, and the fact that Rythian gave him a proper rifle in Season 3.

Zoey - Neutral Good Half-Elf Cleric of Gozreh. Zoey was a tricky one to figure out. At first, her connection to nature would make you think of her as a Druid. But because of her robot arm from Season 3, I decided that would somehow interfere with that connection. Then, I figured she would make a decent Ranger. But Rangers are more the hunter archetype than your innocent wardens of nature. So, I decided to compromise by making her Cleric of a nature deity instead.

Ravs - Neutral Good Human Cleric of Cayden Cailean. Yes, another Cleric, but this one with good reason. In Pathfinder, Cayden Cailean is the god of three things: bravery, freedom, and booze. He's basically the personification of Scotland (if you believe what you see in Braveheart). And Ravs, as Blackrock's resident brewmaster/Scot, I couldn't think of any better fit.

Nilesy - Neutral Human Rogue. Blackrock's other resident Scot, and dealer of pools & pool-related accessories. Whether friend or not, he still charges 10 diamonds and/or friendship for his services. Money is his game, and so a Rogue seems to be what I think to be the perfect fit for Nilesy.

lomadia and minty (oversized clawed gauntlets - suspiciously similar to owl claws)

ravs, nilesy and panda (nilesy is an axe, panda is a spear, apart they turn into their own respective weapons but when together they can combine into a halberd)

sips and sjin (chainsaw)

littlewood and toby (spiked shield)

strippin and benji (crowbar)

zoeya and teep (magic staff topped with a mushroom, not really used for battling, more a healing thing)

parvis and strife/sparkles* (parv is a special case; he changes based on his keister. while with sparkles* he was a keytar, when with strife hes a giant anime sword)

rythian is the demon sword/probably known as the ender sword in this 'verse

ridge is either a witch or the kishin

a domestic YogsAU the thing you didnt know you wanted until you learnt about it

or you may still not want it but w/e

where xephos is foreign and doesn't understand halloween so he gives out apples

and sips and sjin share a living space

and zoey and rythian were an engaged couple who had a horrible fight and zoey went to live with her out of town ex-bf jeff for a while but he was being really controlling so she had to 'escape' from the 'prison' that was his house and lived with her other friend duncan for a while but got back together with rythian in the end

rythian works at the library and zoey came in every weekend to read to the kids and thats how they met

their tekkit adventure is what happened when the kids got bored of the same old fairytales and wanted something new

sometimes they even dress up and act out scenes

and teep is their dog and he cant bark because his vocal cords are busted

he wears a doggy dinosaur costume that zoey got for him

rythian just kind of shrugged and accepted it

and honeydew runs a bakery with xephos and they make jaffas and cakes and sweets

and lalna works at a tech lab and is still doing study at the local college and sometimes helps out at the bakery

and sjin decorates cakes in the bakery but only part time otherwise he's helping sips or prank calling nilesy

and sips is trying to get an independent business off the ground

minty works as an admin for SipsCo

and hannah works at the local pound caring for the animals

and nilesy works at a call centre and lifeguards part time and sometimes helps hannah out too and sometimes he and sjin team up and draw up house plans with pools in the backyard

and martyn is a radio host

and toby lives with him because his college is nearby its the same one duncan attends and his own home is too far away for easy travel back and forth

and strippin and benji work at the railyard

rambling under cut slight gore warning i guess nothing major

like ridgedog is pretty much canon insane anyway but

lalna would experiment on everybody like he tries to splice ender/blaze and human genes and creates rythian and zoey and basically keeps them all as pets and pokes and prods and sticks needles in them and cuts them open and stuff

there was a theory that sjin played FTL with puppets of sips and nilesy but what if its more along these lines and its set in a more space universe and he just comes across each ship like nilesy and sips were his crewmates at first but something happened and since hes an alien he survived and played puppet with the dead bodies but eventually they decay too much and hes left with just skeletons and he decides he needs some... new friends. then he comes across the honeycrew in their ship and slaughters them and eventually everyone else as well.

insane xeph would be really creepy like he kidnaps everyone and experiments on them too for research and its like perfectly socially acceptable on his planet and thats what he was sent there for?? so hes just cutting open his apparent friends with a smile on his face because its so normal for him.

insane ryth and zoey would just be them going ender/blaze and tearing the place apart

honeydew becomes an axe murderer and chops everybody up

sips gives in to his vampiric urges and locks everybody up and slowly drains them off their blood and combining with his lumberjack past sometimes chops their limbs off and eats them maybe?? because sometimes a vampire cant survive on just blood alone yknow

teep would eat everybody

insane martyn would mean that the woods would become really dark and misty and the trees would actually b e darker the wood and leaves would turn a shade darker and become all gnarled and twisted and spooky faces would appear and vines would grab you out of nowhere and either lift you into a carnivorous canopy or rip you apart

insane toby uses his young 'innocent' look to his advantage he gets people to take him in and care for him and then kills them while theyre sleeping and makes off with all their diamonds

hannah would attack everybody with owls and there'd be a giant nest and she'd dropped people in there and there'd be baby owl chicks in there and they'd just eat people alive

nilesy would be some kind of sea sort of monster like that horse that runs into water and drowns you if you ride it or like the sirens he'd lure people in and they'd come near his pool or the body of water he's in and then he'd drown them. he can also disguise himself as a squid.

minty and ravs would poison peoples drinks

strippin and benji would club people with crowbars and build tracks that sent them through lava or into a deep pit

I have a half baked fantasy YogsAU I'm working on.

Here's Martyn and Toby's backstory.

The Kingdom of Littlewood is in the middle of a forest inhabited by wood elves. The elves weren't too happy about the humans tearing down their trees and ruining the landscape to build their homes so they've been at odds since the kingdom was founded. The King married a woman who already had a son. They were unable to conceive another child so the Queen's son became next in line to the throne. One day a raid was conducted and a female wood elf was taken prisoner. She was the high priestess of the tribe, and so worth a lot as a bargaining tool. The King fell in love with her. In secret, she bore him a son. The Queen found out and had him killed for unfaithfulness and treason, but the high priestess managed to escape. The Queen and her son ruled over the throne from then on.

The illegitimate child was Martyn. He was dropped off at an orphanage and grew up not knowing who his real parents were. He was teased a lot by the other kids for having pointed ears and strange pupils, due to being half elf. Nobody knew he was half elf though, they just thought he was some kind of mutant. Toby was his only friend. He got teased as well, for being small and weak. Outcasted by their peers, no parents, the two only really had each other to rely on in the cruel world. But still, Martyn held his head high.

When he was old enough he trained to become a knight, with Toby as his squire. The Queen and her son tormented him and bribed people, trying a number of awful tricks in an attempt to get him to fail or drive him away. But he powered through, showing skill and determination, passing at the top of his class. He was knighted Martyn of Littlewood.

One night, the wood elves launched an attack on a small village on the outskirts of the kingdom. The knights were rushed to the scene. Martyn took one look at their pointed ears and strange pupils and knew he could not harm them. He locked eyes with a female wood elf across the clearing and when she was attacked, he turned on his fellow knight to save her. The Queen, who had been looking for an excuse to execute him since she'd found out about his birth, ordered to have him hung on account of treason. It was argued down to an exile, so he was cast out of town. Toby went with him, knowing there was no place left for him in the kingdom.

They got lost in the woods their first night and were attacked by one of the realm's many beasts. A group of wood elves saved them and brought them to their base, to heal their wounds and feed them. There, Martyn met the female wood elf he'd seen before. It was the high priestess, his mother. She explained everything, including how he was in fact heir to the highest position of power in their tribe, the tribe called the Saplings.

He was King of the Saplings.
