Ingredients: 1 cup Greek yogurt. 1/2 cup mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries. 1/4 cup honey. 1 tsp vanilla extract.
Instructions: In a blender, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth. Divide the yogurt mixture equally into two bowls. In one bowl, add the mixed berries and blend until the berries are well combined with the yogurt mixture. In popsicle molds, alternate between spoonfuls of the plain yogurt mixture and the berry yogurt mixture to create a marbled effect. Insert popsicle sticks into each mold and freeze for at least 4 hours or until the popsicles are fully set. To remove the popsicles from the molds, briefly run them under warm water to loosen, then gently pull them out. Serve these delicious yogurt and berry marbled popsicles and enjoy!

Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion. Insert popsicle sticks into each mold. Place the molds in the freezer and let them set for at least 4 hours or until completely frozen. To remove the popsicles from the molds, run them under warm water for a few seconds to loosen. These red, white, and blueberry popsicles are a cool and patriotic treat that's great for the summer or any other celebration. The layers of sweet blueberry coconut milk and smooth strawberry yogurt make them taste great and look great.
Ingredients: 1 cup fresh blueberries. 1 cup coconut milk. 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 cup chopped strawberries. 1 cup plain Greek yogurt. 1/4 cup powdered sugar.
Instructions: Using a blender, blend the vanilla extract, honey or maple syrup, blueberries, and coconut milk until the mixture is smooth. About a third of the way up each popsicle mold should be filled with the mixture. Put it in the freezer for 30 minutes or until it starts to set a little. Cut up the strawberries and put them in a bowl. Add the Greek yogurt and powdered sugar. Take the popsicle molds out of the freezer and put a layer of the yogurt mixture on top of the blueberry layer. Put a popsicle stick into each mold, then put them back in the freezer. Do this for at least 4 hours, or until the cheese is set. When the popsicles are frozen, run the molds under warm water to get the popsicles out.
