tasting for march 18, 2025
Lightning Blast, clearish white
this was also originally a 7/11 exclusive, now a new flavor. boy i hope it isn't as gross as midnight ice
the label has fun lightning bolts all over it!
it smells ... thick. like melty wax or the sensation of pouring milk and it's kind of chunky. (sorry)
it feels like it may have many fruits in it? hints of strawberry? it tasted almost low-key yogurty. (this aligns with the sort of chunky milk sensation???) it's also more lemon-y than lime-y
it sort of feels like what i imagine the liquid that forms on top of yogurt would feel like, if you just drank that.
it has less of an aftertaste than other gatorades! and the taste kind of dissipated as i drank more of it. was it killing my tastebuds???
i don't think there are a lot of electrolytes in this one. maybe 3.
apparently whenever i took a sip it looked like i was chewing.
gatorade score: 7/10 i think it's okay in spite of all my notes lol
