I’m not good at tagging people, so I figure if I give you a handful of first lines that’s almost equivalent?

about us: ridiculously cool, laid back (19 & 23), surfers. bffs. not together. everyone always asks so we’ll save you the time.
we cook, we clean, we surf, we pay our bills in a responsible fashion—you should too.
about the house: surfer’s paradise, literally 100 yards from Pakala Beach, back yard has five mature fruit trees—bananas, mangos, avocado, oranges, lemons—chickens everywhere (it’s kauai guys) and we know where to find the eggs. your bedroom is on the second floor, off the lanai that looks out on the beach. you’ll share a bathroom with housemate #2. we’re a no-shoes-in-house household.
about you: it’s illegal to state a preference for race, gender, etc. in housing advertisements, and also, we’re not jerks, so you be you, but we’re super-gay so if you happen to be a jerk and this is a problem for you, now is a good time to fuck right off. you should also be relatively neat. pets ok, but no parrots because those fuckers are loud. houseguests are inevitable but we don’t want others crashing here on a regular basis.
occasional parties fine but housemate #2 is a shy retiring bean and we need to be considerate of his delicate sensibilities…
