Hey there, @toonysart!! I’m here to deliver your gift for @yoisecretsanta18 !!

The holidays are warm and bright with Viktor. The rings are still new- Yuuri can still distinctly pick up the weight of it on his finger, and warmth settles in his stomach every time he thinks about the fact that one day, he’ll adjust to a new ring when they get married. As it is, they’re enjoying Viktor’s last night in Japan before he leaves for Russia in the morning. His parents secured a bath for just them and had katsudon ready after they dressed and returned downstairs, quarantining a private table and a bottle of warm sake.

It’s odd, Yuuri thinks, realizing that soon Viktor will be gone. They’ve already talked, of course, about Yuuri moving to Russia with him around the new year, giving them plenty of time to prepare for Four Continents and Worlds. Objectively, it will only be a few weeks, but after months of having Viktor to himself day in and day out, the adjustment won’t be easy. Instead of focusing on that, though, after dinner Yuuri leads his fiance upstairs to watch a movie before bed, Makka trailing them dutifully.

Viktor refuses to say they are celebrating his birthday, explaining to Yuuri that it’s horrible luck, and that he’s never been much one from Christmas either. Yuuri settles for the excuse of celebrating Viktor’s return to the ice- met with mild grumbling, but no outright protests- and settles himself in Viktor’s lap to pick out a movie. They settle on something vaguely holiday related, and Yuuri dozes off against Viktor’s shoulder almost immediately. He’s woken each time by Viktor kissing his nose, and he finds it in himself to raise up and pay attention for a few more minutes before he finds himself drifting again. It isn’t long before he wakes gently as Viktor carries him from the couch to his bed, tucking them in together under the covers. He nuzzles into the warmth of Viktor’s neck as Viktor kisses the top of his head.

“I’m going to miss you.” Yuuri mumbles the words against Viktor’s collarbone, pressing himself impossibly closer.

“I’ll miss you too, zolotse.” A smile spreads over his lips as Yuuri feels Viktor’s voice rumble through his chest. “Just a few weeks, and you’ll be training so hard you won’t remember to miss me. I’m expecting you to beat me at Worlds, of course, so no slacking off.”

Yuuri doesn’t reply, he simply settles for pressing a kiss to Viktor’s collarbone as he drifts back to sleep, relishing in the warmth while he can.

I wanted to do something recalling Japanese paintings, with big spots of flat colours and no drawing underneath. I tried to combine the themes of success, admiration, fantasy and royalty you said you liked. Sorry for the lack of cats.

I can do Yuuri being awesome for sure! Do you have a favorite headcanon or song lyric I could use as a prompt? I don't really write explicit fic, but can definitely aim for mature. Also, how to you prefer Viktor/Victor's name spelled? Any other squicks or preferences like that? And please please share Kitten Yuri pic!

First, Kitten Yuri:

He's four months old, and his spatial awareness is...a work in progress, let's say. He's turned over and accidentally off the bed kinda regularly.

Anyway! Mild preference for the Yuuri and Viktor spellings, and favorite head anon is that Yuuri lands the first quad axel in competition (because he is a much better jumper than his small fluffy namesake). Squicks are things like Major Character Death and Partner Betrayal that are... hopefully unlikely in a Fluff fic. :wry:

Trying to figure out something more specific to give you...mostly I just want Yuuri being awesome, even if he’s not aware of it himself.  Higher rating welcome but not required. I’m blanking on Actual Prompt, but will happily share pictures of RL Kitten Yuri (who looks not entirely unlike he’s wearing Eros) as a reward system?

JJ/Isabella/Otabek is clearly me inserting my own agendas into this gift, hah. I just always wanted to write it and I love JJ. And since I saw you like JJ/Isabella and JJ/Otabek I thought this could be my chance...! Of course I also like Victuuri and Mila/Sara but OT3s don't get enough love.

Haha, nothing wrong with that! Write it if you want; I think it could be really interesting. I’ve just recently discovered the fun of writing OT3s myself. (Yuri/Otabek/Mila) And it’s nice to meet another JJ fan! I just adore him.

What are your feelings on JJ/Isabella/Otabek ot3? Hmm, never really gave it much thought, but you know, why not? That could be an interesting dynamic to play with. I wouldn’t mind reading a story about that.

How about bdsm? I don’t mind some light BDSM. Well, more the BD side. Sadomasochism is not my thing at all. No whips, no nipple clamps, no slapping... Light spanking with a hand is okay, but beyond that is a “no”. Bondage, though, yes! Blindfolds, handcuffs, ties... Someone yanking on their lover’s tie and kissing them is a definite kink of mine. Dom/Sub... I don’t mind it, but I wouldn’t say it’s my favorite thing.

specific you'd want to see included? The tie thing I mentioned above, definitely. Lessee, what else...? Since you mentioned JJ/Isabella/Otabek, I like it when Isabella and Otabek call him Jean on occasion. Not all the time, but like when they’re mad at him or comforting him -- moments like that. And Bella is my preferred nickname for Isabella. I also really like it when JJ says stuff in Quebecois. You don’t have to include it if you don’t want to, but I’m kind of a sucker for “JJ suffering from Catholic guilt” stories. That’s all I can think of at the moment.
