To capture Kianna's heart, who usually remains indifferent to people, you have to be the one to take initiative. Respect and boundaries are always required to maintain a healthy (unhealthy) relationship. However, patience, understanding, and acceptance will open Kianna's heart up with time. However she does tend to mistake abusive tendencies for love given the environment she was raised in so isolating and abusive behavior even if it's sometimes ends up with being hit will just end up with her holding on tighter if they really get her attached

History:
Kianna was Born to a mother who was a cursed hybrid who It was murdered therefore taking kianna away to the church. At some point, Karlheinz eventually learned yui komori had a biological sister As a result of receiving a letter from the church stating that through a blood test the new baby They took it (kidnapped)
She was a newborn, with no name and so Karlheinz decided to give her the name kianna before looking at his wife's heart that was kept in a luxurious deciding kianna would be the replacement Eve and so with that so it was only fitting he handed the baby to a man named Seiji Since he's the one who takes primary care of yui komori Although a month later he went to actually see the girl in person holding the small infant and realize something clear kianna was a cursed hybrid and quickly He had the girl arranged to his son shu making him meet her while he was a little boy and she was an infant years later at 3 years old kianna had a heart disease in which in turn caused, Karlheinz to implanted his wife's heart inside of Kianna saving her as she needed a heart transplant.
As such, She was saved However the only thing that kept her from turning into a vampire with the fact her cursed blood acted quickly keeping her from turning into a vampire for as long as it could
She's still of the human species due to the fact She had a very normal appearance aside from the off colors in her hair and eyes She looked like a normal short girl However, Kianna's a race cursed hybrid with an pure blood vampires heart inside of her chest Since the christa was a vampire, However it did not turn kianna immediately actually her cursed blood managed to keep her from turning into a vampire by separating them as best as it could But it could only do Oh so much. no matter the quantity or speed in which she's fed upon. While she was raised to be a devoted child of God, she never enjoyed participating in the church. The religious practices made her feel she was being constantly degraded as a "sinful" person and often
This caused Kianna to frequently argue with her father, becoming a rebellious little girl. At some point in her childhood, she would often disappear for days when she got into fights with her father and ran away.
She sometimes spent the night at Yonaka's home, who was her first friend she had met in person.
Small gifts arrived on her birthday, and she received letters from her "pen pal" that she had been encouraged to write to since she was 12
Although she was young at the time, she went along with it, feeling she had finally had another someone who understood her. The gifts she received were often sent from the church, and when she asked about them, the nuns would say they were just from her "friend."

to clean herself up and pack her things soon ending up in a taxi with her older sister but she didn't speak She was far too tired and mentally drained especially since she was in pain because it's the first time she ever got a period and it was a very unpleasant experience But either way she and her ended up at that mansion She noticed her sister was nervous And reassured her older sister that everything will be allright however she was so gravely wrong.

After discovering the existence of vampires, Kianna runs away, attempting to look for a way out with Yui.
The two soon stumble upon a room that was chained up under lock and key. Inside a drawer, Yui finds their father's diary. In one entry, it reveals the blonde's true origins as Seiji's adopted daughter. However, Both girls were already aware that they were adopted They were related by blood but the "father" that raised them was not there biological father
A few days later, Subaru attempts to pass his silver knife onto Kianna one night in the hallway of the mansion. He tells her to kill him with it, hoping she has the resilience to end his miserable existence. If she's can't, then Subaru orders Kianna to end her own life to escape his brothers' abuse.
Unfortunately, she had been assaulted by Laito 2 days before after pondering over the fact She was promised from infancy to be shu's little bride with the information as Seiji didn't try to fight it in agreement as an expression in the diary. Thus, Kianna attempted suicide however she was saved by shu who kept her in his room for about a month before so now in front of Subaru desperate to hold him and keep him by her side she slices her wrist much to Subarus surprise. Kianna offers the blood to him while saying I can't kill you You're one of the few things I have left here... Here... Drink my blood come on it would make you happy right? This stunned the vampire as she made him drink her blood hoping this would be enough for him to stay by her side.
After the incident, Subaru took back his knife, understanding they both share a darker desire to be free of their lives due to their dark childhoods. However, he grew to care for Kianna as a sibling, encouraging her to live for her sister; the same girl he had fallen in love with However both did live but yui was left behind in the flames her body left to burn

Seiji Komori: Kianna respected her father
since he took her in and cared for her. However, she's quite distant with him and doesn't talk to him often due to his neglectful behavior. Communication was completely ceased upon moving to the Sakamaki's mansion.
Yui Komori: due to their upbringing yui
became emotionally and mentally attached to kianna barely letting her have friends while they were little kids and even now yui loves her little sister with all her heart in with that kianna gained a rather unhealthy version of love but still loved her older sister
Subaru Sakamaki: She considers Subaru
a protective brother figure. They're both sympathetic towards each other's childhoods and understanding of each other's self-hatred. Kianna also quickly bonded with Subaru over their shared love for Yui. As thanks for being concerned for her well-being, Kianna promised Subaru She will always be with him
Yonaka Asami: yonaka was Kianna's first ever friend as she was the only girl yui ever trusted enough around her little sister after realizing the girl doesn't want to take the older sibling place but rather have romantic affection for Kianna as at 15 to 16 She started dating kianna who was 13. Soon both grew an even stronger connection with one another. However they could not be together forever at least while still in the church due to its high homophobia and to protect one another they stop dating when kianna turn 14 after everything was said and done and being out of the church both reunited again and started dating
Shu Sakamaki: At first, Kianna gravitated
towards Shu for his quiet and reserved nature, as this is something they have in common. However, he tells her his father most likely chose her to be "a Plan B" for his experiments, Which is part of the reason she became shu's fiance but luckily kianna had shu love and devotion Especially if she were to become pregnant with his child
Senri Shiki: was a vampire who fell in love with kianna who was at first in the day class but not long after she was transferred to the night class after he saved her from a level e vampire after it was confirmed she was a vampire herself and with kaname's blessing he was able to court her and eventually she agreed to be his lover which ended up with her becoming pregnant with his baby and becoming his fiance
Ruki Mukami: After the Mukami brothers kidnapped Kianna, Ruki explains the brunette is the Precautionary Bride, officially confirming Shu's theory. While she appreciates his honesty, Kianna hates his abusive actions towards her However she is grateful to him for saving her unaware that he'd fallen deeply in love with her ever since the day He set his eyes on her at school
Azusa Mukami: Kianna became drawn to Azusa's calm and quiet nature. Thus, the two became friends. Azusa taught Kianna how to cut herself, believing she was doing this for pleasure. In reality, she was committing these acts as an alternative to ending her life in order to cope with her trauma being in that house now being in this one well as he becomes very clingy with her Even to the point he started calling her Alice
Yuma Mukami: Like Ruki, Kianna likes Yuma's
honesty. But she dislikes his aggressive behavior toward her. Kianna is also irritated at how much he teases and picks on her, unaware the vampire has a crush on her.
However he did make an effort to share his sugar cues with her and help her gain some more weight since she was a frail little thing when they first met So he made sure She ate and made her help out with him in the garden while He still teased her He became much nicer to her
