Chanyeol lies on the couch, too tired to move as he had just gotten home from his job and shopping for Joonmyun as well. He doesn’t know why he puts so much effort for the boy, he just found him a few days ago and had taken him in because damn it, he’s weak in front of cute things. And even if Joonmyun doesn’t know, he is very, very cute. So cute that Chanyeol wants to spend an hour squishing his cheeks, but he’ll never tell him that.

He doesn’t have the heart to tell Joonmyun to leave, because even though he’s taking up space in this one person apartment, Chanyeol likes his company. He likes waking up to a warm body curled next to his rather than an empty cold space. He likes coming home to a bright smile instead of a dark room that causes him to trip over his things. Maybe he’s actually thinking about letting Joonmyun stay, because that man has gotten a hold of him in a short amount of time than his ex-girlfriend of two years ever had.

He’s brought out of his thoughts as he feels a gentle rub against his leg, not surprised to see Joonmyun. He scratches the boy’s hair, right behind his cute, little ears and the purr that the other emits is like music. This has been happening ever since Joonmyun had been brought home, always rubbing his head against his body whenever he had the chance to. He never got around to asking why, as he always forget after a while.

"Hey, kitten," he murmurs, though the boy’s sharp hearing catches it. In no time, those eyes are meeting his and he freezes, memorized by the sight and he blanks out. However, he quickly regains his mind and clears his throat, still running his fingers through the latter’s silky hair. "Why do you always rub your head against me?" He can’t phrase the question without it sounding weird, and he hopes Joonmyun doesn’t mind.

It turns out that he doesn’t, just sending a smile Chanyeol’s way and he can feel his heart sore at the sweet sight. “It’s so I can get my scent over you?”

"Your scent?" he questions, lifting up his free hand to see if he can pick up any weird smell. "But I don’t smell anything."

He watches as Joonmyun scrunches up his nose, muttering a few words he doesn’t quite catch but guesses that it’s along the lines of ‘idiot.’ He waits patiently for an answer, eyes still locked with the male and Joonmyun squirms under his gaze. Cute.

"You can’t smell it. It’s only for other cats, so whenever they want to be near you, they’ll smell me and back off. It’s a sign that you’re mine and only mine."

It takes a while for the idea to sink into Chanyeol’s head before a blush colors his cheeks, causing the boy resting on his lap to laugh. So Joonmyun has already claimed him as his own? They haven’t even discussed anything and here was Joonmyun, slyly and slowly laying claim onto him without even knowing. No wonder the cats near the alleys he passed always backed away from him.

"Aish, you really," he scolds, but there is no harm in his words. "You should have ran it by me first before you did that."

"Why?" Joonmyun questions him, reaching out to touch his blushed cheeks. Chanyeol gently smacks it away, causing more sounds of laughter to fall from his lips. "You wouldn’t say no, right?"

Chanyeol thinks about that for a while, fingers idly playing with the soft locks of the kitten.

"Yeah, I wouldn’t say no."

I was immediately drawn to Jungkook so I didn't care much for Jimin bc it seemed like everyone was biasing him /bc abs/ and I was like meh. but then he turned out to be really cute?? and I was in denial for the longest time... but I slowly started to accept that he was my ultimate bias... which just goes to show that you don't choose your bias, your bias chooses you ok

Joonmyun's back arches off the bed as Chanyeol surges forward, once again hitting his prostate. Even though he is aware that their friends are coming over soon, he can't quite bring himself to care as Chanyeol roughly thrusts into him, hands tightly gripping onto his hips, sure to leave bruises behind.
