@punishdsin // For Here
This place was already starting to creep her out, buildings and shops for miles and not a single person. She figured that someone had to be here, this building alone already had so many rooms! Someone had to be looking after this place, right? Never have a place felt so big and yet so empty. Did everyone just...leave?
Kereb's whining broke her train of thought, and it didn't take her long to see why. Her breath catches as she manages to make out someone falling from the hole above. The sound alone was enough to make her wince.
There was a lot she wanted to question; from his own brief dismissal of his own life, to calling her a 'kid'. She chose the latter, understanding the prior all too well. "I'm not just some kid! Besides, does it matter if I'm already here?"
"What were you do-" She stopped herself mid-sentence, it was best not to ask that. Her voice took a more concerned tone once she saw how disorientated his was from his perspective. "Um, are you okay? Maybe you should sit down for a moment."
