Hello, hello, hello!!! Today is a new day!!! I weigh 60,5 kgs!! (133 lbs!) I'm very happy!!!! 3 kgs (6,6 lbs) of my first goal weight!!! :) :) :)
Today: Ripped week 2!! OMG! I'm really scary haha
I ate: 16:30 = 1/3 chicken breast w/ 2 slices of ham and 2 slices of cheese 00:00 = 1 yogurt (17 ch)
Water: 1 lt , 500 cc

Ripped week 2: Hate hate hate :(!!!!!
I did so bad. I feel so lazy. I did 5 repetition of each (approximately), was very dificult for me, really really :( :(... I felt like throwing up in the last part. I don't know, I felt lazy and without energy... I think I'm going through my PMS?? I don't know but... 5 days more and good bye week 2. The first day always is the worst, I'll do better tomorrow :) Now I want to sleep.......
