Hello, hello, hello!!! Today is a new day!!! I weigh 60,5 kgs!! (133 lbs!) I'm very happy!!!! 3 kgs (6,6 lbs) of my first goal weight!!! :) :) :)
Today: Ripped week 2!! OMG! I'm really scary haha
I ate: 16:30 = 1/3 chicken breast w/ 2 slices of ham and 2 slices of cheese 00:00 = 1 yogurt (17 ch)
Water: 1 lt , 500 cc

I did so bad. I feel so lazy. I did 5 repetition of each (approximately), was very dificult for me, really really :( :(... I felt like throwing up in the last part. I don't know, I felt lazy and without energy... I think I'm going through my PMS?? I don't know but... 5 days more and good bye week 2. The first day always is the worst, I'll do better tomorrow :) Now I want to sleep.......

0 carbs today, no avocado no yogurt no fruits, tomorrow no carbs again :)

Shred - I don't even feel it ! haha now I feel that this happens very fast :) ! Ripped - Today was the last day of week 1!! I'm saddd!!! Hahaha because finally I take the rythm and I did so well the cardio but is necesary 1 day rest, so, goodbye, ripped week 1!! :( Abs - Wtf?? Lying hip thrusts really hurt me and plank :'( I think this be coming complicateddd haha but I won't stop! :) Tomorrow abs onfire .................. Ihhhhhhhhhhhh!!!

I ate: 15:30 = 2 soup bowl of broth w/ 1 piece of meat and 1 tablespoon of pumpkin (littttle carbs but I really love pumpkin!) 21:30 = 1 soup bowl of broth w/ 1 piece of meat and 1 tablespoon of pumpkin (agaaainn.. carbs, grrr) + 1 boiled egg 23:00 = 1 tablespoon of meat w/ 1 slice cheese melted

Parenthesis: My nanny returned after visiting the doctor and she said me: "I loss 3 kgs (6 lbs), I weighed 57 kgs (125 lbs) and now weight 54 (119) " ....... And I like.. what???(in my mind hahaha) Those are my dreamed weights!! Haha.. Whatever.. She takes medications for our heart ,so liquid offfffff
