i never made mention of this past weekend

so i will right now.. this past weekend was my birthday weekend (my birthday being monday).

there was just a quiet family dinner on sunday night, and i got a visa gift card & a 1D doll & a new pair of the cutest toms shoes ever. it was pretty small but it was enough.

but friday night was so fun. my two friends, ryan & cait, treated me to hibachi. if you've never been there, go! it was my first time & i definitely want to go back. they prepare the food right in front of you & it's so cool. and the chef throws shrimp for you to catch.. i caught it on the first try haha. it was fun at the restaurant, my two friends are such funny people and so easy to get along with. it was great.

then afterwards, we went to wal-mart & i got to pick out a cake mix & icing (i chose devil's food & funfetti, respectively). then we went back to ryan's house & made a mess making cupcakes. it was fun & they turned out good though! we also watched videos and ryan played WMYB and everything was fun.

i really appreciate my friends for this.. they really didn't have to treat me to dinner or do the cupcake thing afterwards, but they did. it was so nice. they are definitely the best friends a person could have (:

We finished our final performance tonight. And thus, "Play On!" comes to an end. 

Being apart of that cast was probably one of the best things I've ever done. I made friends with people I probably never would have otherwise, I learned a lot (both about theatre and life), and I had ridiculous amounts of fun. 

Although I'm actually really sad that it's coming to and end, tonight was amazing. The shows went so well, and both Erin and Amira showed up for the final performance! When I and the rest of the cast came out from backstage and there was Amira running straight at me, I literally broke down and starting crying because I hadn't seen her in like two months, and that is just not okay. They brought me gorgeous flowers, and we hugged, and I cried. It was amazing. 

I have so many inside jokes between me and the rest of the cast now! Such as:
