Fun Story...
As part of the treatment for my unknown knee problem I am supposed to stay off my leg as much as possible. Want to know how that is going? Well... 👈This girl currently has 10,456 steps on her Fitbit... So yeah I'm staying off my leg... Sure... I am really not good at this stay down stuff... Doesn't help that at work everyone was all about making me sit down when someone needed photocopies but all my walking around duties were left to me... I mean I'd have rather made the photocopies y'all, but at least they cared and meant well. Also ended up at the grocery store with my mom, yeah that was not advisable either... Some day I'll learn, but I think tomorrow I'll be calling the Orthopedic Doctor ...😐
