can somebody explain this to me

blizzard suspended a hearthstone player for speaking out in favor of liberating hong kong and retracted his prize money, because the chinese government doesn’t like that and blizzard will bend to their desires for chinese market money.

there were also some problems with authentication on their forums that made it so people couldn’t delete their accounts without providing a government ID. it may or may not have been accidental, but in the midst of a big controversy it definitely made them look even scummier.
