Had a great lunch today with @jwkibbey and @themightyrib. We checked out Smoke Shack, where I had this smoky chopped beef sandwich. It was chock full of crispy beefy bits, which for me are like the poprocks of barbecue and something I make a point to enjoy. They serve two sauces that you can ladle out from a hot tray; one sweet and the other more savory with some spice. Mixing the two seemed to do this beast right. This came with a huge plate of fries and some tart pickled tomatoes.
