Sometimes all we can see is the next step 🍃 . It is not easy to keep going, just take one step at a time! Eventually you will reach your goals! ✨ . For me right now this next step is eating healthy one day at the time. Today I am grateful for the amazing people that support me and look out for me. 💕 . Yesterday a after roosting a few people have reached out to me. Concerned about my health and my overall well-being. . It made me think a lot today. How I go about looking after myself and especially trying to lose weight. . I realised that I often am very harsh to myself, nothing in comparison to the last couple of years. However, sometimes I am still not talking nicely to myself. . I still want to lose weight, but show you that in the background it is more about waking up energised, happy, strong, and grateful for everything that I have. Feeling light, loving what I do and feeling healthy. 🍃 . So it is not all about eating little and exercising like a nutter. It is about finding a calmer mind while walking and doing yoga, loving my reflection in the mirror every day, accepting my stretch marks and indulging every now and then. . I forget from time to time that there is more to life than the "perfect" body. . So try with me, love yourself a little more each day.
