this might not be too eloquent since it Is 2am but i love how both subtle and hugely important bev’s character development has been. he started out as this kid who craved assurance and approval from Everyone (HIS DAD, the boobs, pelor to an effect) and slowly, throughout the campaign, he starts to rely more completely on himself.

we get the deadeye conversation and his Sexy line (“i don’t know if i believe in pelor, but i believe in you, kid.”), the infamous moonshine conversation in hell over report spores (“i have my opinion of what you are, but now it’s time for you to decide.”), Plus When He Burnt The Letters From His Dad In The Ep Right After (“i don’t need them anymore.”) then, in this latest episode (ep. 90), we mention the deadeye line Once Again and moonshine gives the hard sell on melora (“she doesn’t give you power, she just highlights (?) what you already have.”)
