But in all seriousness, Disney should know better than this. Is all this Star Wars love a phase, or is it here the stay forever? I don’t know, I think the films so far I’ve enjoyed but its hard to keep that streak up.

It’s not sci-fi or fantasy but Jericho is really good. It’s more of a thriller but a very disturbing premise

Thanks :) I looked it up... and there are two ‘Jerichos’? One is a period drama set in Yorkshire Dales or are you talking about this show with this premise:

A small town in Kansas is literally left in the dark after seeing a mushroom cloud over near-by Denver, Colorado. The townspeople struggle to find answers about the blast and solutions on how to survive.

Or something else?

Yeah I don’t get the vitriol either. I mean it’s no season 2 of Daredevil but it’s no season 4 of Arrow either

Yeah, those are my thoughts. If critics were calling out whitewashing, I’d understand- but that’s not what they are saying. People who don’t care about that are trashing Iron Fist for reasons I’m not really getting. 

Alot of the problems in Iron Fist- with pacing can also be found in Jessica Jones. So I don’t get how IF is ‘MCU’s first misfire’ when problems have been apparent. Sure, alot of the characters in IF are absolutely repulsive but unlike Arrow, I don’t feel pressure to like them.

Maybe my mind will change after I watch more episodes, but if I were a critic I wouldn’t necessarily be thrashing it.
