Yep on Steam. It’s a custom built laptop with an Intel Core i5-4300M, Nvidia Geforce Gtx 765m, 8gb ram and I’m running Windows 7. Might be worth nothing, I’m sure I’ve had this problem with Skyrim before and fixed it easily. But never has it been all Bethesda games or taken me this long to figure it out...
@Iiterallybyronic tried this before/deleted them, the ini’s all have Intel gpu. Change them to Nvidia card and save then relaunch and then they go through the scanning process and back to low quality and intel cards on the game’s launchers.
