My aerial life started in 2013. 😸 Thank you Polecats Manila for honing the aerialist in me. I love being a student here. Flying and defying gravity in pole, hoop, silks, chair and acroyoga. And, and yes we dance here also, sometimes in heels. In Polecats, I understood my physical body more. I make use of my strengths and work on my weaknesses. A second of #pdHandspring 😳😭 HAHAHAHA!!! I am, for a moment, one of the happiest pole students in the world. Just a quick story: I grew up in a pole dance company / studio that promotes #trusttheprocess and #yourpaceyourrace. And so finally doing a bit of a handspring feels like heaven. I've been waiting my previous pole teachers to teach me this trick but I never felt bad that they didn't. Maybe my arms wasn't strong enough, maybe my shoulders weren't engaged, my my core needs more of contraction or what-so-ever. I just continue training and learning. And today marks the first day I was able to do the handspring! 😌🙌 Thank you, teach @kiaratesoro!!!! Hindi parin ako makapaniwala. Huhuhaha. Let's go arms!!!!
