1. Your radiant enthusiasm, shameless kink, and dogged perserverance are all inspirational to me, and even though we've never met in person I consider you a dear friend. I feel like I've found a sister in you, and getting random notes from you in my ask box can literally be the highlight of my day when I'm in a rough spot.
2. I might not comment particularly often on your blog, but my heart goes out to you as you struggle to stay righteous and inspired in a world that can so easily drag a person down. I think you're utterly lovely and immensely talented, too! I like that you're passionate and playful at the same time, and that you take the world seriously but don't take yourself too seriously.
3. Your writing and advocacy for the queer femme community have both inspired me, and I can honestly say that it's because of your blog that I started feeling more comfortable about my body and confident about my place in the world. The nurturing care you show your followers, especially in the face of your own struggles, is nothing short of wonderful.
4. You are one of my dearest friends, and I adore you fiercely, but I wish I were better at keeping in contact with you so that you truly comprehended how much I care. Whenever we hang out, I know that all of the fun ever will be had, especially since we seem to ride the same wavelength of morbid goodtimes. You contributed a whole lot of positive energy and love to my 2012, even though you weren't in such good spirits yourself, and that means the world to me.
5. I don't think we have that much in common, so sometimes I don't know how to communicate with you effectively, but I wanted you to know that I deeply admire your intellect and taste, and even though we don't interact much I think that the world is a more intriguing, delightful, and delightfully nerdy place because you're in it.
6. So... I'm not sure if I've ever commented on any of your posts or not, but your personality is delightful and I always enjoy looking at the art you share with us. Your critters have so much personality, and for that reason I look to your work for guidance on how to improve my own. I'm really glad you're along for the meandering, spastic ride that is this blog, and it makes me inexplicably happy when you reblog my silly posts.
7. You've helped me grow emotionally and mentally more than anyone else I have ever met. Your generosity shames my egoism, your darkness makes my light surge, and as loathe as you can be to acknowledge it, your earnest heart hidden under layers of irony and internet humor is absolutely striking. You are a contradiction, like me, and I'm glad that you balance me out. You are incalculably, incomprehensibly dear to me. Here's to future adventures and continuing to push and support each other.
8. Oh geez, I have the biggest friend crush on you. I love how easy it is to chat with you and joke around and sing stupid songs and basically be infantile and awesome. You remind me of someone who was incredibly dear to me and shaped my high school and college experience, which means that when I'm around you it makes me want to share secrets and act 16 again, which is an invigorating feeling!
9. Our opinions are vastly different in some cases, which makes your consistent sugary sweetness towards me mean so much! Whenever I'm feeling ugly or untalented, somehow there you are commenting on my art or offering up a sincere and enthusiastic compliment, and your acts of kindness really add up in my heart and keep me buoyant! Even though we haven't met in person, I feel like I truly know you, and I like the person I know a lot! You're talented, devoted to your loved ones in an inspirational way, delightfully nerdy and jesus god your face is so pretty!
10. I love talking about identity and emotions with you via our ask boxes, and even though we mostly seem to interact via reblogs I feel a strong connection to you and I actively root for your happiness and wellbeing! Thank you for being so sweet and earnest with me (especially since that doesn't seem to be your default inclination), and please know that I keep an active interest in your well-being, particularly in the face of your suffering.
