Not bad for an old(er) man with issues physically. If you don't use it, you will lose it. #2 reason for many of the preventative medical problems we can avoid. I say #2 because poor eating habits is #1. Case in point: many military folks come in the military with poor eating habits. The only time they eat decently healthy is during training. We lose weight, get in shape and get set free to mom's home cooking or the spots we missed and love to eat at. Now we live a physical lifestyle the majority of the day, young and have high to decent metabolism's which all keep us within military standards. Then, we get out. Many keep the same eating habits but three significant changes occurred. 1. No more physical training on a daily basis. 2. We're older. Slower. 3. Our metabolism has slowed for those over the age of 26 (respectfully). Weight slowly creeps up and we become sedentary and all the issues we're prone to, begins. So for me, it is better to deal with pain. It is better to be smarter about how I train by educating myself and other's. I won't apologize for that and I know my worth at this. #@armyfresh #@militaryfreshcrew #@semper.fresh #@navyfresh #@_airforcefresh #@issaonline #@I_am_SemperFresh #@supportmilitarymuscle #@Iam_ArmyFresh #Iam_VeteranFresh #Levelstothis #@armyfreshfitness #@befit_military #@muscleandstrength #iam1stphorm #@militaryfreshnetwork #@JymArmy #@1stphorm #@bodybuildingcom #@militarymuscle #@myproteinusa #@TRAIN #YourTrainer #@ISSA_alumni #ISSA_Master_Trainer
