Aunt Lu-Lu
Standing by her parents side, Vanessa nervously wiped her hands on her dress as she waited for the door to open. She was meeting her aunt today. The slow process was comforting. Vanessa herself was still getting over the shock of actually being adopted at long last. When she had looked into the eyes of Corinna and Vanessa at the orphanage, she just knew it was meant to be. Their eyes looked like coming home.
Vanessa wasn't sure why she was even nervous. She was always worried about messing up, or getting yelled at. Queen Lucy, though, was different. Vanessa had read in her schoolbooks, and heard tales that Lucy was a lovely woman to be around. Queen Lucy was now Aunt Lucy to little Vanessa. Just as Vanessa was getting lost in the memory of the astounding faces on the other children at the orphanage when they had heard that she was to be adopted by King Edmund and his wife, the door opened.
“Most of us, I suppose, have a secret country, but for most of us it is only an imaginary country. They were luckier than other people in that respect.” -- C.S. Lewis
You Don't Have To Hide Him
"Lu?" Susan asked, upon opening the door and seeing her younger sister pacing outside. "I thought I heard footsteps." Susan took another few moments, watching Lucy pace back and forth, chewing on her bottom lip. "Lu..." She asked, as she grabbed ahold of Lucy's arms and giving her a gentle shake.
It was a rare occasion to see Lucy so distraught, that Susan was unsure of what to say at first. "Lucy. Do you need to talk about something?" The look of concern now laid upon Susan's face, as she tried to search Lucy's eyes for signs of what might be wrong.
"Come on, inside." Susan pulled Lucy in through the door, realizing that whatever might be on Lucy's mind is probably a private matter. You never know who could be lurking through the halls of the great castle. "You can talk to me, Lu-Lu."
The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardobe// The Twins discover Narnia
It was a cold, dreary day. Rainy, and certainly not much fun for a typically rambunctious ten year old. Her tiny fingers pressed up against the glass of the window that barred her from the outside world. Hazel eyes watched the drops of rain slide down the pane. Down, down, and down. It never seemed to end. The spiral of the rain was like the intricate dance she felt she was facing in her life. If she were to take one step wrong, everything would collapse.
AU: They're Not Worth It
It had been months after Leslie's passing and Jesse was back at school. He had his blue jeans on with a brown t-shirt and a jacket in his bag. Gary was sat next to him; and Scott behind him. They where laughing at his shoes, which showed streaks of pink across the sides. Jesse's mum had thrown his shoes away because they had gotten holes in them. He tried to make the pink sections black, which worked until they had gotten wet in the greenhouse. Jesse sighed, and held back the anger bubbling up inside of him.
For a while, the bullying had stopped after Leslie's death. All for one reason; Jesse punched Scott in the face. However, time is of the essence, and soon, the bullying continued.
I was wondering, how do I add an faq to your ask for theme #2?
You're using the regular ask that comes with tumblr by default, so you've got to add a new page (/message for example) and you can use a custom layout or the regular one with this code:
