Was it healthy or comfort food? This will tell you if you are living from your values. If you ate comfort food but value health, you might be feeling a little disappointed. This goes for all aspects of your life. Working to balance your values with your life style is a goal that will lead to a more fulfilling life. I encourage you to stop & write these answers to the below questions... • Write your values. • Write out how you show you live your values. • Write out your dream day. Ok now that you just wrote your values: See what is important to you. This will help you see why you ate what you ate for dinner. Did you write "heatlh" as one of your values? If you did and you ate comfort food you might not be feeling too good. Likewise if you say family is important to you but never see them you might not be feeling too good. Living close to your values helps you feel joy and happiness & from here you can have fulfillment in life. Its alittle like imaging what heaven on hearth would be like.
