Noah is the silent watcher type, always seeming to pop up at the moments you’re in the most trouble to sweep you off your feet like some sort of prince charming type. He just has a natural sense for when you’re in danger and since it’s a feeling he can’t shake until he checks on you, it’s why he appears to show up just when you need him. He can get quite agitated if someone is being too pushy or aggressive towards you and he lets out a ‘back off’ aura inadvertently during any confrontations which is enough to chase even the bravest of souls away.

Youssef is more a ‘protect from afar’ type lover, one who’s always watching over you like a guardian angel but who rarely interferes unless the situation calls for it. He trusts in your ability to defend yourself but he makes it known that he’s always there for you should you need him, and he works behind the scenes (once again, only if he needs to) to assure that you’re being treated with the proper respect. He’ll pretend like he has nothing to do with it but Youssef is truly always looking out for you with no need to tell you all that he does for you.

Youssef is your go-to guy for therapy! He will listen to everything you say and give you proper advice that isn’t sugar-coated.
He’s got such a peaceful aura around him, so you’re always relaxed when you hold a conversation with him.
Compared to some of the other Reapers, he’s not overly affectionate or loud. Youssef’s got a mature and wise presence, so most of the PDA in the relationship comes from you.
Youssef doesn’t mind it. He likes every ounce of adoration you give him.
He’s aware of the pressure that comes with being a manager to twenty individuals, especially when one of your superiors is Nyang. It can get troublesome when you’re trying to get as much work done as possible.

He’s an affectionate person, so naturally you end up adopting some of his habits the longer you spend time with him. There are times when you’ll absentmindedly stroke his arm or squeeze his hand.
Being near him is calming enough, and Louis doesn’t mind it one bit. In fact, he quite enjoys it when you hold his hand.
Louis will put everything aside in favor of helping you, even if it means sacrificing some time in front of the mirror. You’re his number one priority, and he won’t let you succumb to your stress.
You’ll cuddle with him when you’re exhausted from a long day of work. Simply listening to Louis rant about his appearance is more than enough to ease your nerves.
If resting your hand upon his or toying with his sleeve calms you, Louis will gladly let you do those things.

Kirr will protect you from anything. Vengeful spirits, harmful weather—you name it. That’s why you feel especially content whenever you’re with him.
Kirr might not seem like the overly affectionate type, but he cares deeply for you. He’ll show it in different ways, much like how you show your own affection.
He might not understand what you’re doing when you grab his hand and give it a firm squeeze. His first assumption is that you just want to hold hands, and he doesn’t have a problem with that.
But if he senses that you’re feeling or expressing any signs of anxiety, he’s quick to become protective.
He’ll ask if you need a moment or if you’d like to lie down somewhere. Kirr wants you to feel comfortable and safe, so your well-being is always important to him.
Kirr doesn’t mind it when you’re lounging with him, idly stroking his hair. If it calms you down when you’re feeling any sort of negative emotion, then he’ll let you do it for as long as you want.

♡ but you two weren’t official, not by a long shot. Sometimes you wondered if he was being genuine with his advances, but you were always too afraid to confront him about it
♡ only when he began to use words such as ‘princess’ or ‘darling’ when referring to you did you feel your heart truly skip a beat
♡ he was charming, no doubt about it. He knew what to do to make you flustered, and you absolutely loved his royal demeanor
♡ so come one day, you find a note lay on your bedside table, ‘requesting your presence’ at a quarter to 9 out by the gardens

Youssef had not expected his night to go like this, attending some stiff party where he had to be on his best behavior; he had thought he would be bored most of the time, only entertained by spending time with the people he cared about. When you’d confirmed you were going he had truly thought the evening would at least be tolerable, especially if he managed to capture your attention the entire time, but he hadn’t banked on being successful on that. He had refrained from drinking so as to watch over the ones who did choose to drink and you were one of them, another person just trying to make this ‘professional’ party a little more fun.
Drunk you was bold.
Drunk you liked to stare at him with this loving look in your eyes that made his heart jump in his chest, so intense even he had to look away to gather himself back together. When you’d finally started hitting on him he wasn’t sure how long he could take it, unaware of how sincere your words truly were and wondering if sober you would ever show him with such affections. After calling him handsome, too handsome apparently, you’d sat yourself beside him and leaned on his shoulder sleepily, looking impossibly cute. He’d suggested you stop at that point but he knew even if you didn’t take his advice he was going to make sure you got no more alcohol, worried that your condition would only worsen should he let you run wild.
Youssef took it upon himself to walk you back to your room that night, smiling patiently as you stopped every few seconds to readjust your outfit or fix your shoes, complaining to him about how uncomfortable the whole thing had been. You and he had gone back and forth with opinions on a few different topics, you’d teased some of his fellow soul reapers and brought plenty of laughter to the table with your antics. This night had quickly turned into one that he wouldn’t forget, not with the way you were making him feeling.
He can’t remember the last time someone made butterflies appear in his stomach, or who made him blush with how bold their compliments were.
“I had a lot of fun with you tonight. We should do this again sometime! But like, on an actual date, you know?” You winked at him before you stumbled into your room, leaning against the doorframe once you reached it, carefully turning yourself back around to face him. “Thanks for making tonight fun, Mr. Handsome. Goodnight~”

Youssef likes to savor the moment your lips meet, stilling himself, trying not to let his breathing go unsteady so he can spend a longer time kissing you. He liked to rest his hands on your hips, thumbs rubbing slow circles while the two of you locked lips, sometimes being unable to hold back his smile when you pressed harder against him to ask for more. Youssef always seems to be in a better mood after you kiss him, humming to himself and saying he didn’t notice any type of change that could account for his sudden good mood.

Ethan doesn’t have a flowery term that he attaches to your relationship as he can’t think of anything that’s truly suitable, but saying you’re like the sun to him would be a fair enough comparison. Being around you fills him with a warmth he didn’t know he was capable of feeling, his own personal ray of sunshine that can pierce through even his cloudiest day. He thinks highly of you and enjoys your company greatly, perhaps more than anyone else's, so it’s not wonder he ended up falling for you.

Youssef sees you as someone he needs to protect, labeling himself your guardian from the moment you’d met; he doesn’t know what it is about you that manages to draw him in but it’s mystery he’s going to explore. He doesn’t mind if you refer to him as your protector or guardian (if you tack on angel he seemed to get more embarrassed about it) as it’s quite accurate to how he looks out for you daily, but he doesn’t want you to think he doesn’t respect your skill or intelligence, seeing you as being an equal rather than someone ‘weaker’; he just can’t help but want to keep you safe.

It seems Ethan makes a predetermined judgment on whether or not he’s going to even want to be a genuine friend to you, but it still takes time for him to fall completely so it’s likely you’ll have to be friends first. It’s a bit more obvious to others that he holds you in high regards as he listens to you more often and is also considerably kinder, though he can still be rather straight-forward when you’re talking to him. Ethan values your friendship so much it’s likely he won’t stir the pot too often and he’ll keep his feelings to himself until he figures out whether you might feel the same (something he has difficulty with as he finds it hard to read your emotions).

It’s pretty apparent that he’s attached to you and your company though, his days being significantly improved when the two of you have lunch together or when you’re on an assignment together. He’s not someone who can ignore the reality of his feelings so he’s likely to make the first move after some careful deliberation on how he should approach the situation.
