To each their own, of course, but August being the most exciting presence? Malte the strongest actor? I can't even begin to describe how much I disagee with that, even with Wille's toxicity.

I think Malte and Edvin are at the same level of acting. They both do a brilliant job.

Malte brings the nuances in August. When he says "Erik was there" he relives the memory, you can see it in his eyes. Edvin did a fantastic job in the E5 ending. It was the strongest scene. But he also was really good in S1E6 when Wilhelm shouted at August. We all fell in love with his acting when we watched S1. So, it was no surprise and nothing new. He is a great actor.

Honestly, August's storyline is really interesting. I get frustrated with Wilhelm a lot this season. Most of the scenes were cut short or were just cute and sexy Wilmon scenes. Until the end of E5, there was not much going on with him. August, on the other hand, made me engaged with his scenes. I would be more engaged if Skogsbacken boys learned what he has done to Wilhelm and Simon. Especially Nils' reaction. But alas, they idled around the school inspection storyline too much and it was not that well-made.

To each their own, but I can see why the writer emphasized those aspect of S3.
