“You sure are cute, Hiyo.” He couldn’t help the comment that slipped from his mouth when he felt his heart assaulted by Hiyori’s lovable expression.

She flushed brightly at his compliment. “Eeh? What’re you saying, Oniichan? Ah!! Papa’s way of speaking has rubbed off on you!” Her suspicion perhaps sprang from the fact that the compliment was even more embarrassing than if Kirishima had said it.

“I said you were cute because I think you’re cute, that’s all.”

“You don’t have to say those kinds of things, geez!” She was all the more cute with her cheeks puffed out in anger, and Yokozawa let out a loud bark of laughter. It had been ages since he’d been able to laugh like this.

@sihjrweek Day 6: Favorite Couple

Hiyori can’t help but think maybe her dad like-likes Oniichan… in a way that’s more than a friendship? She kinda hopes it’s mutual and maybe they could get married and she’d wear a pretty dress and throw pretty flowers. Oniichan and Sorata already live here most of the time anyways.

One afternoon she comes home earlier than expected to find them sitting close at the table. Yokozawa is feeding her dad with his back turned towards her.

“Is there something going on that you all need to tell me?” She asks excitedly, making the couple whip their heads in her direction.

Kirishima managing to let Yokozawa give him fashion advice and being like "hey maybe a turtleneck would be nice to change things up in your closet!" Only to find out Yokozawa looks too good in a black, fitting turtleneck and he knows other people are going to watch him too >:(
