started reading chain of gold by cassandra clare and i can't believe what i've been missing out on. this pulled me way back to the 2010s and honestly i am here for it!!! i live the infernal devices but somehow had no idea that there was a sequel??

i also watched a video essay about how fall 2009 is trending right now because we crave the stability and knowlegde that yes, 2008 might have been crap, but we got through it and everything was "kind of" okay. but also most of us were kids/tweens in 2009, so life was mostly good. i'm definitely feeling myself wanting to go back to a more analog-low tech era of life and back to web 1.0.

this autumn i really wanted to read some more and downloaded a bunch of books to my ereader, but nothing is really sticking (except for this one), so i'll have to revamp my calibre and see what else i can read.

26.08.2022 // went to the office and had a productive day with my lovely colleagues, returned home and had an anxiety episode over my upcoming exams. spent an hour worrying, then gathered my strength and sat down to actually study!

300925 // day in the life of my late 20s

today it was so cold i got to wear a turtleneck - this autumn season in general has me feeling all warm inside as the outside begins to cool down. i made a new friend (bottom left pic) and wished i could take her home with me.

i've been trying to think of the best method to track books i have read as well as fanfics and whether or not i should be tracking in a spreasheet or on paper. since i've read maybe less than a total of 5 new books this year (i love my comfort reads and fanfics which i have yet to start tracking), i thought i'd challenge myself to read more new books next year.

13/100 • unfuck my life in 100 days challenge

i took the relaxing a bit to literally and here i am 5 days later. i missed one day of 8k walking by 300 steps (which i didn't relause until it was too late), but here i am again.

i doubt i am going to make my steps for the 12th since the weather has been extremely yucky and wet, but that's okay.

also i GOT THE JOB and am now waiting for the onboarding process to start 🤓

260825 // day in the life of my late 20's

this is the last week i'm spending in this flat before officially moving to our new one ✨️ i'm excited, yet sad at the same time - this rental is literally heaven and i'm going to miss it terribly. i am also excited for the promise of autumn and have slipped back into my reading mood - which means reading fanfiction and when i'm done with this one, i'm going to start the foxhole court to see what the fuss is all about (who tf is neil? what is exy?)
