Yes they do indeed belong to that group, and I believe their issues started with a substitute teacher deadnaming them, which lead to other people starting to do it as well.
Also now that I think about it, three out of four members of N25 might be attending Miyamasuzaka at this point, with one having been there for a while and two transferring recently.

After being threatened with expulsion, a ragtag group of "delinquents" decide to distract themselves by making music, eventually using it as a coping mechanism.
Their Sekai is an abandoned train station. their VS, Len and Fukase, are friendly but very nosey. a broken down train is blocking their path on one side of the tracks, and fallen rubble is blocking the other side. nature is starting to reclaim the station, but hey! the vending machines still work!
