The savory bacon and soft scallops in these bacon-wrapped scallops go very well together. They are delicious as an appetizer or as a fancy main course for any event.
Ingredients: 12 large scallops. 12 slices of bacon. 1 tablespoon olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Wooden toothpicks.
Instructions: Get your air fryer ready by heating it up to 375F 190C. Put a piece of bacon around each scallop and use a wooden toothpick to hold it in place. Add salt and pepper to the scallops that have been wrapped in bacon. Then, brush them with olive oil. Place the scallops in the air fryer basket so that they are all in one layer. Leave some space between them so that air can flow. Flip them over every 10 to 12 minutes until the bacon is crispy and the scallops are cooked all the way through. Get rid of the toothpicks, and serve hot. Enjoy your tasty scallops wrapped in bacon!
