These Tuscan Garlic Burgers are bursting with flavor, thanks to the combination of garlic, basil, sun-dried tomatoes, and Parmesan cheese. The creamy pesto mayo adds an extra layer of deliciousness to this mouthwatering burger.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 4 burger buns. 4 cloves garlic, minced. 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped. 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. 1/2 cup mayonnaise. 2 tablespoons pesto sauce. Lettuce leaves, for garnish. Sliced tomatoes, for garnish. Sliced red onion, for garnish.
Instructions: In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, minced garlic, chopped basil, sun-dried tomatoes, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix well. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into burger patties. Preheat your grill or stovetop griddle over medium-high heat. Cook the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. While the burgers are cooking, in a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and pesto sauce to create the pesto mayo. Toast the burger buns on the grill for a minute or two until they are lightly browned. To assemble the burgers, spread a generous amount of pesto mayo on the bottom half of each bun. Place a lettuce leaf on top of the mayo, followed by a burger patty. Top each patty with sliced tomatoes and red onion slices. Finally, cover the burgers with the top half of the buns. Serve the Tuscan Garlic Burgers with Pesto Mayo immediately, and enjoy!
