Ingredients: 2 cups rice flour. 1/4 cup brown sugar. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1 teaspoon chili powder. 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper. 1/4 cup water. 2 tablespoons sesame oil. 1 tablespoon soy sauce. 1 tablespoon maple syrup.
Instructions: In a bowl, mix rice flour, brown sugar, salt, chili powder, and cayenne pepper. Add water, sesame oil, soy sauce, and maple syrup to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms. Divide the dough into small portions and shape them into round cakes. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
