"why you always gotta take it so seriously?!” he looked almost too disappointed for the situation, the only reason that jae said what he did being jon’s suggestion to have chili for dinner again. but he was too disappointed. very disappointed. he loved chili, almost too much. why not have chili? it’d been a couple days--he could almost feel his body decaying without consuming the glorious deliciousness of a combination of meat, beans, and spicy sauces. his mouth watered at the thought. “it’s healthy for you! beans are good, and there’s tomatoes too...”

she was right, for once. usually he’d argue against her, but he couldn’t this time--not when the view he was looking at was her. he let out a laugh and nodded, brazenly lifting a hand to slip his fingers through the back of her hair and stroke it slowly. “yeah, i agree. very spectacular. very beautiful.” he smiles, bright enough to light up as fierce the fireworks did in the distance.

the guessing game, his least favorite. he’d be the first one to make someone try to guess what he was doing, eating, drinking, etc., but the first one to get pissy when someone did the same to him. he huffed, almost naturally, as if the very suggestion alone was offensive. with a shake of his head, he crossed his arms over his chest childishly. he didn’t want to have to sit there trying to guess and guess and guess when he didn’t even have as but a single clue as to what theo was talking about. “c’mon man! just tell me...”
