"Live and drink, traveler..." Been practicing drawing for almost a year, this one's from a few months ago. An attempt at drawing one of by Caves of Qud builds, at least my interpretation.
An attempt at whipping up a drawn version of the Histiotus macrotus that forms my PFP, for the sake of making something my own and just practice. It didn't turn out so well, it looks busy as hell to the point of bothering me when shrunk, but still might be worth a look normally.
"Ashes. Soot. Dusty roads, joined by a bridge that hasn't seen water in some time. The gargantuan links that hold the Chained City, coming into view. A hill of near-perfect hexes right beheath your soles. Ashenridge is almost behind you."
"Wet breeze against your skin. A so-called river, roaring beneath your feet. The knowledge no one will ever find you if you fall here. The Hollow-Lands stretch before you." An experiment in both just scenery, and using charcoal brushes and the watery ones to see what came out.
