The link is out for the YOI soundtrack, but I’m debating if I should listen or if I should wait until I get my physical copy in a week......Maybe I’ll just listen to a couple of songs.

Words can’t express how excited I am for track #28 “Yuri on Ice (1st sketch)”. I’ve been waiting since episode 4 aired to hear more than the little snippet that they gave us at the bridge. My little YOI chat group and I have been referring to that snippet as “Rejected YOI” all this time. Back when the tracklist for SkaTra hadn’t been finalized and it wasn’t confirmed that Otabek would have an original SP and FS, we theorized if “Title to be determined” was actually “Rejected YOI.” Of course, it was really unlikely, but…. we held hope that perhaps, maybe it could be….and if “Title to be determined” wasn’t Rejected YOI, hopefully we would get it someday. I’ve been waiting since October/November for confirmation that the BGM in that moment with Yuuri’s monologue was indeed the first version of Yuri on Ice. Now that we have the track name, I’m glad that Yuuri’s first YOI draft exists and that we’ll be able to actually hear it fully.

I love this soundtrack so much!!!?? 😭😭😭 so many beautiful songs, my current favorites are Passacaille in Barcelona and Circles ❤❤ I miss this anime so much, it's almost been a year since yoi first came out, and look how far we've come 😭 bless the people who made all of this 🙏🏼
