I Know You

Accidental meetings and preambles before the prologue, because some butterflies can be killed without consequence to the grander narrative, but that doesn't mean the butterfly wasn't there.

Basically, assorted, disconnected childhood moments between the twst boys and a girl that seems to not exist, until she does. Intended as platonic, but I'm starting to wonder if I know the boundary between the two.

A delinquent Deuce accidentally locks himself with a stranger on the school's roof. Even worse than how the stranger's a girl, is how he seems to be in the wrong roof and the wrong school and the wrong town.

With Che'nya busy and Riddle. . .also busy, Trey doesn't mind it much, when his parents ask him to go and help a lost girl outside the bakery. So he helps. Or tries to, anyway.

This is the newest town Cater's come to. With energy, ennui, and a few hours to burn before the sun goes down, he heads to the skatepark where he finds a night sky above and a bug below.

Riddle can't play with his friends anymore, so he doesn't. He's to focus on his studies now, so he will. He'll follow Mother's schedule- he'll study, eat, and sleep as he's been instructed to. He's not quite sure where the stranger in his dreams fits into all that.
