Yugyeom chewed the inside of his cheek nervously, not knowing how the other would react. As they made eye contact, however, he smiled brightly and held out the bottle of beer, which the other gladly accepted. “I figured you could use one after giving a performance like that.” He hummed, nodding eagerly as he crossed his arms over his chest and grinned, “I always do enjoy it, Minseok-hyung.”
He pursed his lips and cocked his head to the side, “I’ve been a pretty big fan of the band for quite some time now.” He shrugged, “I believe your band was actually the first gig I went to.” He nodded in thought and eyed the elder’s tattoos he had grown to be so fond of. “Did you enjoy it? Half of those guys were pissed drunk by the time the second song started…” He grinned, nodding at the crowd.
Having the other call him by name makes his eyes widen. Why is it that this stranger knows his name? He blinks, lips curling into a small smile, both pleased and intrigued by this development. And when the younger mentions his band, this start to fall into place.
"A fan, huh?" Chuckling, he lifts the beer bottle to his lips, taking a long sip of the cool drink. "I didn't realize we were so well known." Because sure they had a few fans, but most of their "groupies" were friends or friends of friends, and it was rare that he was actually sought out by stranger because of his music. It was endearing to have someone approach him like this. "So we were your first gig... I hope that means that you weren't disappointed by the show."
And then at the other's next words, he turns to look around the crowded venue, laughing as he sees the way the crowd talks loudly and lean into each other. Most of their faces are already pink with alcohol and he unconsciously touches his neck, the skin still hot under his fingers from the earlier performance. Then, licking his lips, he turns back to the younger. "I'm sorry, but even though you seem to know my name, I don't know yours." He leans in a bit, as the crowd around them gets noisier. "Will you tell me?"
