IT IS TIME! Were you prepared for this?
Josh is doing his Physics homework, and I have a Statics exam tomorrow. This’ll be short, but I needed a break from school. And now the world will know!!
Kakero! Spiderman by Yuuki Hide. Yes, this is real. This was almost as much of a shock to me as when I found out about the original Ganbalance de Dance!

Ever heard of a company called Toei? Well, they asked Stan Lee for permission to make their own Japanese version of Spiderman, with a complete rework: new back story, new powers, new … MECH?????? Well, it is Japan. And I know several of you probably think it’s just a rip-off of Power Rangers, but I don’t think so anymore. I’ve watched 8-ish episodes and think it’s pretty different from Power Rangers, except for the giant mech (but that’s a given).
I honestly think Toei’s version has more likeable characters. Stan Lee was intrigued at the idea of a Japanese envisioning of one of his creations. Well, it’s Toei, and they did a great job.
