Whisper (Reg & SS)

okay but as someone who has only played 1 n 2 n has barely watched the anime beyond the first 26 episodes (american season 1). i'm not all that fond of the changes shadowside made.
i don't like the edginess, i don't like how they completely changed the tribes, i don't like how they replaced medals,,, a lot of why i like yo-kai watch because it's funny n shadowside doesn't seem to have that. changing the tribes is pointless n replacing medals is too- i just. don't understand.
Y'all I'm in so much Yokai brain rot...
All my free time has been thinking up storyline and scenarios to get Shadowside to interact with yokai watch 2 Nathaniel and Kenny because I think it'd be really cool.
And throw in a space/time breaking yokai just for shits and giggles to see what would happen
Dai stiho! It's reveal day and I was your young wizards holiday anon! I hope you've enjoyed our chats. I'm still working on your little present, but I hope to have it to you soon!
Dai stihó! It’s lovely to meet you. I have enjoyed them and I wait in eager anticipation for what you’ve made me.
Thank you very much for the hugs, and have some for yourself if you like *hugs*. I guess I see Spot as an adjunct, so while Spot is somewhat of a special circumstance I think it'd be possible to have a non-pet adjunct, though I had never really thought about it before. I know the feeling about circumstances preventing it thought, I'm aching to share my life with some fluffmonster but don't have the resources right now. Would you sign up for the exchange program?
In a heartbeat.
One of the things I love about science fiction is the chance to visit places that I will never be able to otherwise. And meeting wizards who aren’t human and learning how they view wizardry would be fascinating.
I'm sorry I don't have much energy for conversation tonight, it's been a rough day. But yeah, understanding everything and having them understand me would be a dream come true for me too! As a solo practitioner, would you have an adjunct?
I’m sorry you had a rough day. If you want them, have some virtual *hugs*.
I don’t know. I like the idea but it’s the logistics– both monetary and personal– that would make that difficult at this point, if the adjunct was a pet. And I don’t know if I’d have an adjunct if the adjunct wasn’t a pet. Though are there adjuncts that are things other than domesticated animals? Huh. Something to think about.
Very cool! I love the idea of a wizard who just researches and researches and guides all the actives. If you read comics, kind of like a wizardly Oracle. Do you think you'd be solo sort of wizard, or would you have a partner? What are your favourite spells?
It’s canon! Either Tom or Carl (I can’t remember which) mentioned it to Nita when they’re discussing vocabulary and the Speech in AWA. (I don’t read comics, though. They’re the second-worst information medium for me. Audiobooks are the worst.)
I’d be a solo wizard in all probability. I’m incredibly introverted and work best alone.
My favorite spells… Transport wizardry to go to the moon or elsewhere on Earth, I think. I wish I could teleport somewhere at least once a week. But mainly, I like the Speech: to understand what other beings want, to talk to supposedly inanimate objects, to be understood. It’s something I’ve wished was real ever since I read SYWTBAW.
German Shepards are an excellent choice. Majestic working pups. And I completely forgot about the ask meme sorry! But what would your specialty be, and what would your manual be like?
They’ve been my favorite for, ooh, about two decades now. They’re gorgeous and intelligent and yeah. Love ‘em.
My specialty… I’m very much interested in almost everything, so figuring out what I’d specialize in is difficult. But I think it would have to do something with researching and writing. Or maybe I’d be one of those wizards who does nothing but read the manual, though I think I’d like a more active form of errantry on occasion.
As for my manual: a book. It’s the only thing that would feel right for me.
