That’s my takeaway from class today.  Sorry I didn’t get married when I was twelve (hyperbole) like apparently everybody else in this state did.  Call me crazy, but that just seems a bit early. 

I’m probably overreacting, it’s been a day. Treat yourself, get a snack, listen to your favorite song.  Do you make art? Make art. Show it to me, I love artists. Whoever you are, please be nice to yourself. That’s honestly the greatest service you can do for me on a day like this.
