A tear and a tear
When: April 10th, after dinner with Mr. Campbell
Where: Dining room
Status: Closed for @zachariahforester
Dinner was exhausting, conversations were exhausting, telling Benny all his secrets was exhausting, and Samuel was ready to leave as soon as dinner ended. But then after pleasantries and goodbyes were exchanged, he found himself sitting back down in his chair in the dining room, staring at the table, his fingers fiddling with the bottom of the table cloth. He couldn’t help but think about all the events of the night, and he couldn’t stop thinking about all the stolen supplies that he possessed, and how Zach, despite not telling Mr. Campbell about it all, was probably very concerned about that issue exactly... though he couldn’t say for sure, and he was not keen on asking him either.
His eyes felt tired, and he eventually felt his head drift down to lay on the table. He could just rest here for a minute before leaving for him room. It was silent, a very welcoming silence. One that Samuel very much appreciated right now. Maybe that could quiet his currently racing brain, and his on-the-verge-of-watering-again eyes.
