Last Monday's morning meditation had me cryin as I was dyin, checking back the car stereo sound test, (for digital shitty clippin, it's there :( } w.e. its garageband
When I solo'd I let the feelings of the love that I had for her flow through me, my mind wandered as I re-lived our happiest memories together. Damn, I miss her. But even now as I'm feeling better, I shed a tear and fear that I may never heal fully ever again. The words in her e-mails left me scarred and charred my heart as she ripped it out and broke it into a million pieces. This is what music does to me. It helps me re-live happy memories, process feelings, and a plethora of other useful tools.
The pain is still very much there, I realize as I share. But it's neither here nor there because it's really all everywhere. I just gotta let it flow. Press play, close your eyes, enjoy the light show! RIP SRV "Never Have a Bad Day"

Jammed a few days ago with T, and this chord progression just came out of me. It was a little different than what is heard here, but it sparked my girl's attention. It was stuck in her head the whole weekend. Didn't know this was gonna go all hip-hop on me, but it did... and it sounds sexy! Check out my first little snippet of it!

Legend of the Hydra is the story of a manmade monster that was created to protect humankind's most precious ports from the treacherous oceans and waters. The Hydra turned against man, but at that moments, stars aligned and a wizard was born, a foretold messiah. The boy grew and so too his powers. Lore has it that he could move and crack the earth. He faced the mighty Hydra in battle and not a moment too late, for the Hydra was about to destroy the planet in order to obliterate man. The Great Wizard could not kill it, but was able to encase it at the center of the earth. Where it still lies today, burning for an eternity.
Just a soundtrack idea. Sounds very Goblin-esque. Recorded on my Mac Pro tower from the dark ages with an old ass build of Garageband.
