zaire could feel the excitement building up in the pit of his stomach when the pilot’s voice echoed throughout the plane, letting the passengers know that the plane would be landing momentarily. he glanced over at ry with a big smile on his face. “are you excited? i know it was a really long plane ride, but it’ll be worth it once we land and you get to see the sights and all that. it’s a really beautiful place. i’ve missed it a lot.”

zaire laughed slightly at his roommate, shaking his head. “yeah, just let me get it.” he reached for the candles he had stashed in the top cabinet of the kitchen, setting them down on the counter for her. “there you go. now we can finally get this little circle started and we don’t need to spend the next half an hour waiting for you to continuing trying to break your toes reaching for something,” he teased, unable to keep the grin off of his face. things had been a little bit awkward between them after the whole ordeal had happened weeks before, but things were slowly but surely beginning to go back to how they used to be. he was glad for that - he wasn’t sure how much more awkwardness he could take.

                  “CAN i tell you something?” zaire asked suddenly, his long legs tucked underneath him as he sat on ryuwon’s couch. he’d been waiting for the right moment to do this, and after months of practicing and perfect it, he thought that he was as ready as he’d ever be. “it’s only gonna take a second - hopefully.”

     Zaire understood more than almost anyone the importance of trying to keep their relationship under wraps from the majority of the public. People wouldn’t really understand why or how the three of them could be happy in a relationship together. As soon as the word “polygamy” entered someone’s mind, the next thing to be thought of would be sister wives or any other show that depicted polygamy in a negative light. He knew that’s why they tried to keep their relationship a secret for the most part, which is why he did his best to stop from being handsy at the gallery during Cas’ big night. It was difficult for him, but clearly not as difficult as it was for Emmanuel. 

     Emmanuel had always been a touchy feely type of person. If he felt comfortable with someone, he had to be touching them in some way, shape or form. It brought comfort to him, having that person so close by. Or people, would be more accurate in this situation. He knew that they had to keep the PDA to a minimum, but unlike the other two, he didn’t really care. So the whole night was filled with him brushing his hands against their lower backs and pressing kisses to their face and neck at any given time. Which was currently what he was trying to do to Cas.

     There wasn’t anything in the world Nico looked forward to more than coming home and spending time with the people who meant the most to him. He honestly had no idea what he would do without his boyfriends, guys that made his life better in every way possible. “Is anybody home?” The front door of the shitty apartment he shared with them slammed shut and Nico threw down his bags, toeing off his shoes at the front door and leaving them there. Zaire was a stickler for not wearing shoes in the house and he’d rather not deal with having the older boy berate him for messing up the carpet. 

     Zaire had been left home alone for most of the day - he wasn’t scheduled to work- so he spent his hours alone cleaning and straightening up. Just because they lived in a rundown apartment didn’t mean that it had to look like they lived in a rundown apartment. The sound of one of his boyfriend’s voices broke him out of his thoughts and he made his way out of their shared bedroom. “Finally. I thought I was gonna be home by myself all day.” Just as he said this, the sound of a key sliding into the lock and the front door opening hit his ears. “Looks like everyone’s home.” He looked at the male who just opened the front door, pointedly looking at his shoes and clearing his throat. “Aren’t you forgetting something?”
