They're jewelry for earlobe piercings. Not the regular pinhole ear piercing, but they get them stretched out. Some stretch them pretty large. I've known several people who you could stick a finger through their earlobe if they took out their plugs.

given the sizes i'm pretty sure those are those earrings where you stretch your earlobe to a certain amount to fit different sized earrings (plugs) in them
