I realize your question is a bit old, but yes you can get a concussion without actually hitting your head. You don't have to black out either. Are you feeling better now?

They're jewelry for earlobe piercings. Not the regular pinhole ear piercing, but they get them stretched out. Some stretch them pretty large. I've known several people who you could stick a finger through their earlobe if they took out their plugs.

given the sizes i'm pretty sure those are those earrings where you stretch your earlobe to a certain amount to fit different sized earrings (plugs) in them

ok, i think i know what those are now. i've seen them a lot with the younger kids, it's seems to be a very popular thing to do.

Watched vid. Sounds doable. Have to come up with some good porous mediums to mix into it. Don't think their mixture will seep. For the terracotta pots you could also glue a 2liter bottle to the top. So it would only seep water deep down at the roots.

ooh that's a good idea too! rather than glue two terra cotta pots, use only one and glue something else on top like a 2 litter bottle or something that's not translucent (algae growth)... good idea!

I could. I have all the stuff I need, I think. I bought stuff to make goat milk soap last year and just never got around to it. I'm not going to have goats milk until June probably, so that's actually a really good idea.

Have you used any old computer systems that run off cassette?

yep, i still have my timex sinclair and it should still work... used to save and load programs from cassette tapes. screeeeeeeeeeeech screeeech, i think the commodores were like that too, vic20 or 64? at least 15 minutes to save and download.
