What is Finromantic? The exclusive attraction to those who are feminine in nature (FIN). This means finromantic people are attracted to women, feminine aligned and/or feminine presenting non-binary people, and potentially feminine men.
What is Minromantic? Minromantic refers to the exclusive attraction to those who are masculine in nature (MIN). This can include men, masculine aligned and/or masculine presenting non-binary people, and potentially masculine women.
Finromantic or Minromantic are terms that fall under the Bisexual umbrella.

Charlie Morningstar (business partner): Alastor thinks she is funny and loves talking to her. Alastor trusts Charlie the most.
Niffty (co-worker): acquainted and Niffty has a positive view of Alastor. Alastor seems to have the closest relationship with Niffty out of the entire Hazbin hotel cast. Alastor finds Niffty to be fun and endearing. Alastor is very fond of Niffty. Alastor allows Niffty to touch him.
Angel Dust: It is unknown what Alastor's thoughts on Angel are though it is believed Alastor is mostly indifferent to Angel. Alastor's asexuality caused Alastor to turn down Angel's offers of sex probably.
Sir Pentious: Alastor is dismissive towards Sir Pentious and he does not think much of Pentious.
Egg Boiz: finds them useful.
Mimzy: Alastor and Mimzy knew each other in their living lives. The two get along and have a good relationship mostly. Alastor finds Mimzy to be extremely charming although he is really the only one that sees it because she is awful to everyone else. They are old friends. Mimzy does use Alastor in order to clean up the mess with the loan sharks but Alastor doesn't seem to mind as to help an old friend. However, he draws the line with endangering the hotel interestingly enough and asks her to leave. Mimzy was very shocked at his genuine concern for the hotel.
Zestial: Alastor is on friendly terms with Zestial and seems to respect him. Zestial is the only male character that Alastor doesn't act disrespectful or hostile towards.
Enemies:
The Vees - Vox, Valentino and Velvette: Vox and Alastor used to be old friends and they used to be very close to the point where Alastor knew Vox's human name. Alastor called Vox pathetic and weak when Vox asked Alastor to join him in a partnership. Vox has a one-sided obsession with Alastor and tries to get Alastor to notice him. Alastor shows very little interest in Vox. Alastor has mentioned that Vox frequently relies on others for power. The two don't get along due to their different preferences on technology. When Alastor is captured in "It's a Deal" by Vox, Vox subjects Alastor to humility and annoys him. Alastor remains unfazed, mocking Vox and revels in the power that he has over Vox. Vox desperately craves Alastor's approval and Alastor uses this to his advantage.
Exorcists (Adam & Lute): Alastor hates Adam since he was humiliated by Adam by losing the fight against him. This ridicule follows him in season 2 with Rosie, Lucifer, and Vox ridiculing him over losing against Adam.
Other:
Vaggie (complicated relationship?): their relationship started with a lot of hostilities.
Husk (pet & former fellow overlord): not a great relationship. Husk openly disdains Alastor. Husk becomes very fearful when Alastor becomes angry with him. Alastor sees Husk as a sad, lonely drunk.
Cherri Bomb: unknown. Cherri is happy when Alastor comes back after the battle and makes fun of Lucifer and Alastor's disputes.
Baxter: unknown. Alastor tells Baxter during Hazbin Guarantee "it's worth the price"in respond to Charlie saying a room is "free" implying that the Hotel is useless.
Lucifer (rival): Lucifer is very jealous of the "deep bond" that Alastor has with Charlie. This jealous manifests when Alastor shows himself supporting Charlie's dreams and goals for the Hazbin hotel. Lucifer became increasingly insecure about his relationship with Charlie and began competing with Alastor for Charlie's attention. Alastor wanted dto get under Lucifer's skin during "Dad Beat Dad" and used Lucifer wanting a relationship with Alastor to do so. Alastor is very petty when it comes to Lucifer and Lucifer can irritate Alastor surprisingly causing Alastor to curse sometimes. During "It's a Deal" when Lucifer was mocking Alastor for retreating during the big fight for the Hotel and failing Charlie Alastor becomes uncharacteristically very angry and quits the hotel.
Rosie (ally & former soul owner): Alastor has an interesting relationship with Rosie and has known her since life. He describes Rosie as a "dear, charming and dangerous" person who he loves to spend time with. It is apparent that the two get along very well, as they are subsequently seen together, and both enjoy each other's presence. It is also seen that they share several ideas together, and both are always willing to help the other. The fact that Alastor allows Rosie to touch him without a fuss shows how close the two are. They greatly enjoy each others company despite the deal. Alastor hesitates to call her a "bitch" when Rosie refused to fix his staff in "It's a Deal". Despite their good relationship Alastor despises being in servitude to Rosie and Rosie is not afraid to remind him that she owns him.

Susan: Alastor greatly dislikes her and calls her an "ornery old bitch"
Emily: it is unknown of what Alastor thinks of Emily but Alastor generally does not care much for angels.
