Bitter sweet seeing this year's @newbalance #Boston #Zantes on my doorstep. It's been nearly 3 weeks since I've been able to #run and all time goals for the #BostonMarathon are obviously out the window. I know many of you don't care where I place or what time I post, but I like to think that someone, somewhere is inspired by the progress I've made since taking up this sport just a few years ago. For myself and for whomever that may be, I will cross the finish line on #Boylston. No matter how much it hurts, I will finish. Even if I have to crutch it all the way from #Hopkinton. I'm disappointed for sure, but it'll just fuel the fire to train harder and smarter for next year's race. Thanks for the support and for tolerating my irritableness the last month as I've dealt with withdrawal symptoms from my #running addiction. 💙💛 Keep an eye out for me on @nbcsports; I'll still be lined up right behind the elites!
