In that it states that this is a theory only, it is obvious that the word "prove" is used theoretically. An interesting read regardless.

The words “prove” and “theory” are counterintuitive and shouldn’t be used together in the first place, imo. One indicates that something is known with certainty and the other means that just an idea has been postulated (at least in common parlance; scientific theory is something that is essentially taken as fact but I imagine that’s not the usage implied here).

Either way nothing has been proven as the article was all speculation.

Sketched out myself again~ I think I look something more like this vs my last drawing. Head fin is smaller, got rid of the tail fin, and added some spines because I’ve really been feeling those lately!
