yeah, i read that scene as the master teleporting - to reveal the brigadier poised to shoot her, to save the doctor from doing it?
The problem arises in that you can definitely see the Brig's shot hit her.
But also, when Danny!Cyberman shot the other Cybermen, they blew up rather than disintegrating, and I certainly don't remember Cyberman shots disintegrating people before. Of course, these are the Master's Cybermen, so who knows what's been done to them and what the difference in effect the guns have on metal vs flesh, but it still seems odd.
All that aside, though, the Master can survive anything, and has survived everything before, including disintegration, so I highly doubt we've seen the end of them.
