Last friday’s stream warm up, I wanted to do another OC and this time it was Twitter’s @zalarstudios’ Zarland. Been wanting to draw him for awhile.

A quick little gift for @ztoons ! This is a parody of one of everyone’s scenes from Disney’s Jungle Book, where Mowgli sits on the belly of Baloo the Sloth bear singing the Bare Necessities.

Only, this has Zarland the T Rex duetting-while-sitting on the overall-worn girth of a dino I made up from the spot, Kutty the Nothronychus. This bizarre, long clawed but fun-loving and carefree herbivorous carnivore relative loves to get in touch with nature far away from the hustle and bustle of the city and is not above showing townfolk like Zarland here how to have a good time from the Wild side, and temporarily forget about the worries and the strife ^^ Especially if the source is a certain bedeviled velicoraptor ;)

There is no doubt that he wouldn't mind having a duet with Trixie as well, since they both seem to have the same tastes in music and looking on the bright side :D
